Black Dragon Cake - Better Picture
I know I already posted this one, but the birthday boy's mom sent me a picture she took of the cake, and it was SO much better than the horrible one I had, that I had to post it again! Sorry!

very nice! The dragon and karate figure are awesome!!!! Did you airbrush the cake or did you use black icing?
Oh my gosh, I had so much trouble with the black! I tried using black "spray mist" on the chocolate frosting that was on top, but it only looked wet. So I scraped it all off and re-smoothed it, and made a batch of black frosting. Then I used the black frosting on top of the chocolate to make just a very thin layer over the top. I was up until 6am, but at least I learned something.
