This cake is covered in MMF. It is a 1/4 sheet chocolate cake with raspberry jam and buttercream filling. It's my first try at embossing a cake and making MMF roses.
Thanks! No it was very easy actually. I just rolled out the MMF to the size I needed and then used the embossed rolling pin over it and laid it on the cake.

Oh I like this! I really like how you used the ribboned fondant for your border. It's all very unique. Your roses are soo pretty. Great job!
