Purple Roses With Silver Pearls on Cake Central

Roses were made ahead of time using (air dried buttercream recipe) and pearls are fondant with silver lustre dust. This was made by a friend of mine and me

Did you just use regular Bc and let it dry or is it something different??? Very pretty cake I love it .

The recipe that I have is called air dried buttercream, It does not dry hard like royal icing but you can make in advance
