This cake was designed for a bridal shower with a Kentucky Derby theme, since the couple had met at a horse race. Cake is french vanilla w/bc (horseshoe is dried fondant). Fencing and horses are plastic... I was leery about sticking them on there since I usually make everything, but I'm really happy with how it came out! However, my mom informed me as I was boxing it up that the horses were going the wrong direction - whoops!
