Gothic Barbie
Barbie got a makeover! She was a big hit at the sweet 16 birthday party. Made entirely of ice cream to accompany the regular cake. Frosted with Itaian Meringue Buttercream (from the Martha Stewart website).

To make it out of ice cream- just cram the wonder mold full of slightly softened ice cream. This one was vanilla with a streak of mocha chip. Helps to crank up the freezer and you can't decorate her all in one shot- she starts to melt!
