Fruit Roll-Up Sushi
I made this cake on VERY short notice at work the other day. Turns out our sushi guy is moving back home to Japan for a while, so the meat manager comes over requesting a cake. So I grabbed some Fruit Roll-Ups and marshmallows and made him some "sushi". The chopsticks are real. He LOVED it!
sounds like maybe you work in a grocery store..? I bet you'd sell a ton of these if you displayed them. It really looks great

Yep. I work in a grocery store bakery. They wouldn't let me do them for an everyday thing...However, I would do it again if a customer asked. :) Thanks!
i just printed out the lettering on regular paper and then laid the letters over the fondant and cut around the letters with an exacto knife.
