Father's Day golf themed cake for my father, brother and BIL, all fanatic golf fans. It is my 3rd cake I have decorated since starting the Wilton Classes. The cake is a Whipped Cream Pound cake, with whipped cream filling on the bottom layer and strawberry filling on the top. The layers are 10" & 6". I made the "guys" out of fondant, as well as their accessories. The icing and decorations are buttercream. The "sand trap" is crushed up frosted cherrios and the water hazard is tinted piping gel
