Flops For Two
My dd's, aged 8 and 3, wanted a flip flop cake for their birthday party - their birthdays are 1 day apart. So, we had a luau with flops. MMF flowers, bc icing, 2 cakes were choc with choc ganache filling, the others was coconut cake with coconut cream filling. I got lots of inspiration for these cakes righ here on cc.....thanks for looking.

Thanks gabbs...I too am afraid of buttercream....I'm a fondant gal...it just made more sence to use bc over mmf for this one.....so i did it. So join me, won't you gabbs, join me in my bc revolution....lol.
