Crossword Puzzle
This cake was for my dad's 60th bday. He loves crossword puzzles! What I did was made a grid on microsoft word on my computer. Printed it out traced the grid with gel icing and imprinted it on my cake and then went over the imprint with black icing. It was pretty easy. It was my first attempt at fondant icing as well. The pencil and eraser were made with candy clay, not too realistic....but my dad just loved this cake.
This is cool! I haven't done the gel transfer. I skipped that one on my class and did the shaped cakes. Great job. I love the pencil. I'm sure he was really happy.
