My Second Cake
This cake is all white cake with buttercream frosting and royal icing flowers, first time I've ever done flowers and garland. The base of the hat is a six inch white cake, the top is cardboard covered with a sticky foam sheet. I'm very new at this so any tips would be wonderfull. I live two hours from the nearest Wilton Class, so I'm kind of on my own!
