This was my son's first birthday cake ... Taken from a book that I can't remember the name of. Lemon cake made in two pyrex bowls, covered in buttercream and yellow coloured coconut. Marzipan bill & feet. Water was blue coloured coconut, Jelly fish sweets in the water!
