Mini Scroll Cake
This was a mini cake with tiers sizing in 2, 3 and 4 inches. The flowers on top are made from chocolate clay and dusted with petal dust.. The scrolls on the side were hand piped - no template or embossers used here!

Wow! That's amazing scroll work for such a tiny cake. I had to read the sizes twice before it hit me that you had piped ALL that detail onto such a small cake!! Great job!
