3-D Castle Cake
This castle cake can be made with a quarter sheet cake pan, a 6" square pan, a couple of cupcakes and 4 "finger-type" cakes like Twinkies. Towers are ice cream cones iced in bc and rolled in sprinkles. Penants are inserted with toothpicks. Graham cracker bridge stretches across the mote to the crystal carriage. Grass is green coconut.

I made a kit for making this cake. I gave the kits to my Course 1 graduates as a bonus project. The store I teach in sells them now. I also sell the kits on ebay.
