Little Duckie
Well I survived my nightmare week, I did 27 layers of cake, 5 full sheets, 2 9x13's, 2 1/2 sheet two layers, and an airplane. 42 batches of icing!
This is actually my favorite cake of the week! iced in buttercream, fondant swags, buttercream stripes and an icing image plaque.
Although I LOVE all of your cakes...I think this is my favorite of your recent posts also! Great cake!

I now have hired help. I have had an assistant for 3 weeks, her name is Jessica, a young girl but a very hard worker. She had worked at walmart for 3 years. We have a few hard habits to break! The top is an image plaque.
Great cakes...all of them this week...even the one with whimsically spaced stripes. ;-) My favorites: the 3-tiered grad cake and your favorite wedding cake...but all well done.

I just use water as glue and they didn't slide!
