Tooth Fairy
This was inspired by my wonderful dentist & his outstanding staff! Although I have to get a tooth pulled tomorrow after suffering a week with a major infection in an old root canal tooth, I am very blessed to have a dentist who cares about his patients pocket books and over all care. The cake is orange flavored with matching bc under the fondant! I call it the Tooth Fairy!
