Hexagon Monogram Cake
I was disappointed in this one. I was doing this entire reception, the food & centerpieces & music, etc. So the cake didn't get much of my time & it really shows. Fortunately no one cared & it was absolutly delicious. Key lime with apricot mango spread & white chocolate key lime mousse filling. Plus one of my other customers saw it & like it so much she bought it & I get to make it again & take my time with it. You never know.

May I ask how you did the monogram? I have a wedding cake in Sept. with a monogram, and I'm still deciding on the best way to do it. Thanks!
I bought letter molds for candy & poured white chocolate in. Let it cool & they were done. I had a few break before I got it right.
