Saw a tire cake in a magazine (can't rember which one). I liked the idea, but I thought it was boring. To determine what else goes on the cake, you just start brainstorming and write the ideas down as they come.

Licence plate is rectangle of gumpaste painted with concentrated paste food color and decorated with FMM brand cutout letters.
