Strawberry Tower
This wedding cake was done in Phoenix, AZ in early June. By the time I got the cake to the reception it had started leaning. Maybe it was the heat, maybe it was the wieght of the berries. I don't know. But the bride LOVED it. She called it her Leaning tower of strawberries.
As long as the customer is happy - it looks very tasty!
