The theme of course was flowers...the cake is a vanilla buttercake with fresh strawberries.. the icing is chocolate icing.. the flowers are italian merinque buttercream.. i found it so easy to make the roses with this type of icing.. i got this idea from heavenlycakes..thanks for the great ideas!!!
