Super quick cake done to take to my parents house for Easter. This was the first time I used the bake right strips and I was so happy with the results. The only glitch was my buttercream actually cracked like spackle!!! (I have no idea how that happened.) And some of the cookies ended up flopping over. Oh well . . .
