Chocolate Fondant Engagement
THis was for an engagement party. The customer was very specific about the design, even drew it out. The letters are the initials of the bride-and groom-to-be, and the numbers are the wedding date. We had to make some last minute changes when I found out she was taking the cake with her on an airplane! Carrot cake with creamcheese flavored BC and covered in chocolate fondant, with fondant details.
Nice cake. Is that another tier underneath? I am not sure what I'm seeing.
Oops - sorry, not it's not cake - it's a hat box. My best friend bought it for me - it has cakes and words on it about cakes - like fondant, buttercream, etc. - The colors matched the cake exactly!
