First, let me thank ChristyB for her design and help. She gave me permission to use her design, but I'm afraid I didn't do it justice! I had quite a few problems with this cake, but it turned out okay . . . and the customer liked it . . . so I guess that's what counts!

Anyway, it's a devil's food cake, torted (I HATE torting cakes) with buttercream and fondant elements. The "Cassie" is royal icing.
