This was a pig that I made for my mom on Mother's Day, she collects pigs. This was a yellow cake with buttercream icing. I used the ball cake pan for its body and then cupcakes for its feet and nose. The ears and tail was fondant.

so cute! i never would have thought to use the ball pan for a pig! great idea. My mom and grandma collect pigs, i may have to use your idea.
