5 Tier Cheesecake

5 Tier Cheesecake on Cake Central

Fondant with fresh flowers... all cheesecake! I did hear later that they were using all disposable stuff at the wedding and by the time they cut the cake the guests had thrown it all away and they ended up serving it with just a spatula into napkins and eating room temp cheesecake with their fingers! Bride didn't bat an eye :)

What a lovely wedding cake. I'm always afraid of using cheesecake in a wedding cake since they sit off so long before they're cut and even the amount of time you have it out to decorate.Any special advise

Thanks! ambegg: I just baked them in regular square cake pans. prettysweet: cheesecake is actually fine to set at RT for quite awhile since it is completely cooked. As long as you deliver it cold it will be fine until it is time to cut. If they are stacked, they will hold their chill a LOT longer too. If they are separated and you are worried about it, you can always put the tiers in the freezer for an hour or two before delivering.
