I always forget to give a description of the actual cake so here it is: I made chocolate, golden vanilla and cinnamon swirl all filled the a twinkie like filling (recipe NEWTODECORATING gave me and I can't thank her enough!) and the icing is Italian Meringue Buttercream otherwise known as IMBC. Thanks for looking!

How do you do such tiny roses? My only guess is with smaller tips. They look great!
