Thanks for the compliments! The swirls are sooo easy - but I get so many compliments. No one can figure it out! I have never shared my secret with customers - I just tell them that it is a trade secret. You just do the Viva paper towel method but with a different paper towel. I use a lot of different brands to make different textures. the one you see on this cake was made using Mardi Gras paper towels from Wal Mart. I think the trick is that you have to let your buttercream crust a little longer that
