This was for my dad who is an avid golfer and retired from working at a newspaper. It was his birthday and retirement day so I combined the two. Used a graham cracker for a "bridge" into retirement onto the golf course. All buttercream icing. Gave the guests a choice of cake by making the newspaper cake a devils food cake.
