I finally made bc roses! I still need practice but I am so excited! Cake is 2 layer 1/2 sheet, white cake with strawberry filling. Iced in bc with edible image.

Very elegant cake. What tip did you use for the sides?
I used the cake icer tip #789 for the side to make the ruffle.
