Did you carve this cake or was it a special pan you used? If you carved it -- how did youdo it? It is SO AMAZING!!
PS - I already had the cake plopped into place before I realized I forgot to cover the cake board.. :? Oops.
I forget to cover the cake board sometimes too, then I am reminded by the greasy outline!
Thanks!! I actually used the Wilton 3D cruiser pan, and just shaved off bits here and there to make the body style more like the Evo.
