Fiesta Surprise
This was a cake for a 50th fiesta themed surprise party made from an 8" round and 6" square all iced buttercream. The bows and sombero brim are made from fondant/gumpaste. I used the mini wonder pan to get the shape of the sombrero. I really like this cake!
