This is for Wilton Course III. I went with chocolate fondant for the cake and some roses. Dark Chocolate was also molded for the darker roses. The trim was made with chocolate buttercreme
The chocolate fondant roses weren't to hard to make - just a lot of practise. The Dark Chocolate was a mold that I have for my chocolate molding, but I have also created them with chocolate clay before. With time contrants this time - I just molded. I learned the technic in a Chocolate class, but they also have instructions at (...) They also have the recipe for the Chocolate Clay as well.
