This is my 'graduation' cake for Wilton Course I. Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream. Very tasty! Oh, yeah my stiff buttercream was so stiff I could barely get my roses done and the ribbon barely came out! My instructor couldn't believe I'd been able to do as much as I had with it that stiff!! OUCH!
