Do you mind telling me what tip you use for your lettering? Is it #2 or #3? Do you add any cornsyrup to your icing for your lettering? It's so smooth and perfect!
On a 9X13 cake...which this size is...I will use a #4 writing tip. Larger cakes a #5 tip. I don't use corn syrup for lettering, just thin it down with a bit more liquid.

Oh, thanks for the info! I haven't used the cornsyrup either. I read somewhere that it helps. I will have to practice with a #4 tip now! :)

Oh, thanks for the info! I haven't used the cornsyrup either. I read somewhere that it helps. I will have to practice with a #4 tip now! :)
