I quickly made this cake this afternoon from my Mum's birthday. It is white mud cake with orange and coconut, with a lemon custard cream between the layers. It is only a mini cake. I made it from a 5" round and cut it into the shape I wanted. A little rough, but I was happy with the outcome. Tasted really good too! Thanks for looking!
