I made a template out of parchment paper to cut the butterfly in fondant and the teardrop details. The blue sptripes are lightly brushed with diluted food color and the stitches are done with a black non toxic marker. I placed some sugar flowers under the wings to separate them from the cake. The worm is made out of fondant too. Thank you for your comments.
