Cut cake, I had a request for a wrestling cake once, but they backed out. I had already planned it out and came up with the very same idea you had. The only difference in what you have and what I planned that was I was gonna use black liquorish and put the wrestling logo in the center of the ring that would have been white. Other than that, its the same cake. GMTA! Great Job!
The reason I went with the brown base is because they wanted chocolate icing. I had attempted to use the licorich, but it didn't work too well, had to go to plan B. Thanks!
