My daughter is coming home from college today and when she was home at Easter she said, "Mom, you're gonna have a cake for me when I come home next week, right?" Well, I had forgotten all about her request until this morning so I whipped up these fun spring flower cupcakes for her and her two friends she's bringing with her. Her one friend's mother bakes and decorates cakes and the daughter will NOT eat them. She loved the cake I made for my daughter's birthday, said mine are the only cakes she likes!
