My easter cake. Covered with marzipan and decorated with catkin (a plant that grows here in Finland). catkins made with whipped cream and chocolate.

yes it's easter plant. It grows outside and kids bring it inside and decorate with feathers. yes it's pussywillow... I didn't have good translateprogram

Obviously you did a great job on the catkin because I recognized it as a pussywillow also (used to have one in my front garden when I was a child in Brooklyn, New York). Great cake!
