Loops

Loops on Cake Central

14", 10" and 6" red velvet cake with crusting cream cheese buttercream. Piped out about 1,000 loops. After I put it together I noticed that I missed the marks to align the columns.

Thank you! The loops are inserted in a ribbon of icing and we did remove some of them to cut it. I used thick royal icing and #3 tip and they didn't flatten like normal. The icing is 7 oz. Crisco, 3 1/2 oz. cream cheese, 2 lbs 10X powdered sugar, 1/3 c. warm water, 1 1/2 t. Butavan and a dash of salt. Mix just like buttercream. Very good icing but it crusts quickly. Let me know what you think if you try it!
