Faberge Egg on Cake Central

First time making an egg shape cake. I love faberge eggs so I decided to dress it up a bit and give it a little royal treatment :) Didn't have enough time to finish the more intricate design but I still like the result. The cake is chocolate filled with gianduja ganache and coffee buttercream. Flowers and jewels are made from gum paste. Covered with homemade fondant.

I just watched and hour long show on the History channel about Faberge Eggs and this looks just like them!!! Awesome work!
