Easter Basket Cake

White cake with buttercream icing and sugar-mold eggs. Shortly after taking this picture, the top rim started sliding off the cake, ruining half of the basket weave (my first try at it), and it developed a large crack. Also tried to make royal icing handles but didn't have enough time to dry them properly and they broke. Another learning experience! Thanks for looking.

So sorry to hear about what happened to your beautiful cake. At least it cooperated long enough to have it's picture taken. :)

What a beautiful cake I just love the sugar eggs I would have never thought of that. Sorry to hear it disasembled.
