Iced with buttercream "scales", with fondant eyes and teeth. Top half of head is cake and the underside of the chin is fondant covered shaped foil.

How in the world did you hold this together? It is wonderful
I posted how I made it on the other dino pic. I used a large dowel which was screwed onto the bottom and the head board was screwed onto the top of the dowel. It jiggled quite a bit when we were transporting it but held together...thank goodness!
