This is another baby block cake order for lady from work. Used only 2 layers this time. Cake consisted of chocolate fudge layer and cherry chip with raspberry mousse filling. Forgot how long it took last time with assistance from my daughter - this time I was on my own - ended up taking until the wee hours of the morning. Ha Ha. Was pleased with outcome.
