I learned from one of the Wilton books...can't remember which, but it was in the back. You start with a ball of base color fondant (in this case white) and then apply streaks of Wilton color with a toothpick (pink). Then you knead the ball of fondant like dough, but not too much because the purpose is to only marble the color- not blend. I would use gloves as it gets messy! If you have two solid colors of fondant on hand you can also marble those by kneading them together in the same manner.
