Hello, I just wanted to say that you have created a beautiful cake. I know the struggles of trying to get the pastry pride completely smooth. I love the taste of PP over fondant but I do love the decorations that can be made with fondant. My question for you is, I have always heard that fondant and whipped cream and/or PP will not work. I've always been told that it has tpo much moisture  or air and when the fondant goes on top it just oozes and melts and becomes gross. I wondered how your cake held up with the stripes made of fondant. Did you have problems with sliding off or just becoming a mess?
