Stained Glass is made with piping gel, tinted with paste colors. The leading is done with gray royal icing. The rose is modeling chocolate mixed with marshmallow fondant. The cake is four layers of red velvet filled with cheesecake cream and iced with white chocolate Italian meringue buttercream.
