This is a Banana cake with Buttercream icing and a Banana Cream filling. The cake was baked using a collar of parchment paper around my 10" cake pans. It ended up being 5" tall using only 2 - 10" cakes. The tire is LMF in black using a tire impression matt from the Manly pack. The Harley logo was created using my Cricut Cake and SureCutsALot2. This was a gift from me to my cousin for her husbands surprise birthday party. It was a huge hit!
