Nora's Graduation Cake

I made this cake for Nora, whose mother Eliz is a friend of mine. Bottom tier is a triple layer chocolate cake filled with rum and chocolate butter cream. I used a cake dummy for the top tier. Tiers are covered in fondant. Scroll is an printed edible image...created in Microsoft Word. Blossoms and Grad hat are made from gum paste.
