Made this for a neighbor's grandaughter's 3rd Birthday (thus, the flowers). Cake: 6" and 10" tiers of marble cake, chocolate hazelnut mousse and buttercream. The tiers are covered in buttercream, chocolate ganache and marshmallow fondant. Decorations: marshmallow fondant, piroulines, chocolate rocks. What a fun cake to make!
