Rapunzel/Tangled..this cake took my whole day, almost two days, rather, to finished the cake. A purple yam cake with creamcheese and coconut filling. Covered with fondant over white chocolate ganache. Top tier is 6"Rx6.5"H and the bottom cake is 8"Rx^6.5H. Total Height of the tower is 12 inches, made from RKT. while Rapunzel is 50:50 fondant:gumpate. Whew!! Im glad that I'm over with this cake. Have a nice day.
